Jeanette Lancaster
Executive Director
Jeanette began her current role in 2022 after working as the Executive Director of Mon Health Equipment & Supplies, now Mon Health-DASCO HME, for 25 years. Jeanette is a Morgantown native & graduated from Morgantown High School before receiving her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Fairmont State University. Upon graduation, Jeanette started her career with Mon Health Equipment & Supplies as a Customer Service Representative and later held roles as Office Manager, Director of Operations, & Executive Director before assuming her role at The Village at Heritage Point.
Jeanette loves spending time with her family and recently became a grandma for the first time. She has one daughter, three bonus children, & a pet pig named Daisy. She also loves to deer hunt & cheer on the Mountaineers!

Mariea Hamm
Nurse Manager, Assisted Living
Mariea brings over 40 years of healthcare experience to her role at The Village at Heritage Point. She began her career at WVU Medicine, working as a Station Clerk and Staff Assistant while earning her nursing degree and raising her three daughters. After graduation, she joined Mon Health Medical Center, where she served in a variety of roles including Clinical Manager of 6 North, OB/Labor & Delivery Nurse, and Breast Health Nurse Navigator.
Mariea first visited The Village at Heritage Point during her time as a navigator and immediately fell in love with the community and its residents. In 2024, she officially joined the team as the Nurse Manager of the Assisted Living Suites, working under the mentorship of Interim Director Jill Buterbaugh. She has enjoyed building meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and the dedicated team at The Village.
Outside of work, Mariea enjoys bowling, ATV riding, camping, fishing, and spending time with her family and friends. She is inspired by the words of Steve Jobs: “The only way to do great work is to love what you do,” and she brings that passion to her role every day.

Jake Shiflett
Sales Manager
Jacob began working at The Village of Heritage Point in May of 2024. He was born in Dilliner, Pennsylvania and has lived in Morgantown since 2008. He joins The Village at Heritage Point team most recently from Mon Health Equipment & Supplies, now Mon Health-DASCO HME, where he worked for seven years, and he brings with him 12 years of respiratory therapy experience. Jacob has since transitioned into Sales and Marketing where he finds much joy and success.
In his spare time, Jacob enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, hunting, fishing, and attending sporting events of all kinds.
Jacob sees both the staff and residents at The Village at Heritage Point as one big family that’s welcoming to all, and he’s proud to play a role in making this community the best it can be.

Mark Webster
Director of Environmental Services
Mark Webster has been an invaluable asset to our team here at The Village since 2016. Raised in Morgantown, Mark worked as the Director of Maintenance for the Middletown Mall in Fairmont for 20 years. He has a certificate in plumbing and loves to work in carpentry and trim work.
As an outdoorsman, Mark enjoys many hobbies such as freshwater fishing, camping, riding motorcycles, and hunting.
Mark has been married for over 35 years, has three lovely children and four wonderful grandchildren.

Ashley Kaminsky
Life Enrichment Manager
Ashley started working at the Village in February of 2014. She also has been working part-time at a local animal shelter since 2006. She graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts along with a Gerontology Certification.
Ashley was born in Pittsburgh, PA, and currently lives in Uniontown, PA. In her free time, Ashely enjoys shopping, exploring the outdoors, and traveling is her all-time favorite pastime!
