Jeanette Lancaster
Interim Executive Director, Director of Sales
Jeanette began her current role in 2022 after working as the Executive Director of Mon Health Equipment & Supplies, now Mon Health-DASCO HME, for 25 years. Jeanette is a Morgantown native and graduated from Morgantown High School before receiving her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Fairmont State University. Upon graduation, Jeanette started her career with Mon Health Equipment & Supplies as a Customer Service Representative and later held roles as Office Manager, Director of Operations, and Executive Director before assuming her role at The Village at Heritage Point.
Jeanette loves spending time with her family and recently became a grandma for the first time. She has one daughter, three bonus children, and a pet pig named Daisy. She also loves to deer hunt and cheer on the Mountaineers!

Jill Buterbaugh
Director of Nursing-Interim-Assisted Living
Jill has brought over 45 years of Nursing experience with her to the Assisted Living here at the Suites. The last 20 years have been served as a Nursing Leader. Jill has worked at WVU Ruby Hospital and Mon Health Medical Center. She started here in August 2023 as an interim Director. She has enjoyed getting to know the staff, Residents and Residents families. In her spare time she enjoys walking and spending time with family and friends.

Chef Nader Tehrani
Director of Dining Services
Chef Nader brought his culinary talents to The Village in July 2007. He is a native of Iran who immigrated to the United States in 1979 to attend WVU. While in school, he worked at local restaurants, eventually securing a position at Lakeview Resort. Chef Nader worked his way up to Executive Chef at Lakeview, where he remained until 1998. From 1998 until 2007, he served as the Executive Chef and Director of Food Services at The Pines Country Club.
Chef Nader enjoys every day of his job here because he gets the opportunity to talk to residents and receive their feedback. He feels fortunate to be capable of doing something that gives him a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment.
In his spare time, Chef Nader enjoys hiking, biking, and kayaking. He loves outdoor activities that are exhilarating. He has gone bungee jumping and hiked the Grand Canyon! Next up on his bucket list is parachuting out of an airplane and traveling to as many countries as he can. Most of all, he enjoys spending time with his wife, his son, and his daughter.

Mark Webster
Director of Environmental Services
Mark Webster has been an invaluable asset to our team here at The Village since 2016. Raised in Morgantown, Mark worked as the Director of Maintenance for the Middletown Mall in Fairmont for 20 years. He has a certificate in plumbing and loves to work in carpentry and trim work.
As an outdoorsman, Mark enjoys many hobbies such as freshwater fishing, camping, riding motorcycles, and hunting.
Mark has been married for over 35 years, has three lovely children and four wonderful grandchildren.

Ashley Kaminsky
Life Enrichment Manager
Ashley started working at the Village in February of 2014. She also has been working part-time at a local animal shelter since 2006. She graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts along with a Gerontology Certification.
Ashley was born in Pittsburgh, PA, and currently lives in Uniontown, PA. In her free time, Ashely enjoys shopping, exploring the outdoors, and traveling is her all-time favorite pastime!

Sandy Cobun-Greene
Resident Wellness Coordinator
Sandy has been a nurse since graduating from West Virginia University (WVU) School of Nursing in 1980. She worked for WVU Hospitals for 16 years in adult critical care. After this, she took five years off to be a stay-at-home mom for her (and her husband, Doug’s) two children, Kristin and Evan. Evan’s first day of kindergarten was Sandy’s first day back to work as an IV infusion nurse for Dr. Houston. Since then, she has worked in various positions with Mon Health System, Health South, as well as WVUCPRC (drug research) formerly known as Kendle.
Since 2015, Sandy has been the part-time Faith Community Nurse for Suncrest United Methodist Church. Sandy has worked as the Resident Wellness Coordinator at The Village at Heritage Point since 2018.
In her free time, Sandy enjoys crafting and traveling with her family. Sandy’s children are 4th generation WVU graduates, and she is so proud of them.
